„Law and Business” is a peer reviewed journal open to empirical and theoretical research on broadly understood business law. It is developed by the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin, Poland in cooperation with catholic universities worldwide and Scientific-Industrial consortium Economic Security of Poland.

Each issue is to include articles written by practitioners and researchers to provide a forum for the exchange of significant research outcomes in this field and for shaping responsible attitudes in international trade. The research is anchored in Catholic axiology, based on social dialogue and responsible cooperation of partners in economic relations, in accordance with the principles of corporate social responsibility.

„Law and Business” focuses on the following areas in particular: Commercial Law, Economics, International Trade, Labor Law, Law and New Technologies, ADR Law.
